The integration is what defines the practice today. He carries the technical discipline, the financial discipline, and the digital governance from feasibility to handover.

We are Abris Project Management. A boutique real estate development PMO based in Rome, with a small permanent team and a defined set of procedures. The scale of the practice is deliberately limited: the same senior leadership runs every mandate, from feasibility through to handover and the first year of operations.
