The first step is a project review. A structured initial conversation about the asset, the scope, the timeline, and what the owner is trying to deliver.

We use it to understand whether the practice fits the project, the constraints worth flagging early, and on what terms a working engagement could be structured.

The review itself does not commit either side to anything beyond the conversation.

A formal engagement only begins if both sides decide to proceed.
